Eric joined The Abreon Group in April 2005. He leads the Business Transformation practive to support Fortune 25 shared service and IT organizations to “run as a business.”
He helps them rethink their strategy and develop practical ways to live it out across the organization using strategy, sales skills, communication, cunning and old fashioing sneakiness.
Prior to joining Abreon, Eric worked as a Brand Manager at a Fortune 25 company to develop new brands and business models and create new ways of doing things.
He was also a troublemaker in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Officer. He derailed a multi-year, multi-billion dollar system when it failed Y2K testing and created an off-the-shelf solution that saved over $500 million in the first five years.
